Candor USA has announced that Nick Shirman joined Candor USA as Director of Sales to lead and support MGA and Wholesaler relationships.   Candor USA empowers MGAs and Wholesalers by providing them a digital platform maintaining the Wholesaler Brand, Business and Brokerage. This technology enables health insurance Brokers to analyze current and potential risks as well as provides viable solutions to help businesses, regardless if the company has one employee or 5,000 employees.   

Nick, after attending Marlboro College in Vermont, worked for several years in management at the Fortune 50 company, Power Home Remodeling, the second largest remodeling company in the United States. There he led a team that took their office from $33M net installed sales and doubled it. Of all his achievements, though, he is most proud of the 8 years he held a leadership position working at a center for individuals with developmental disabilities. The Michael Lisnow Respite Center is where he gained his passion for working with people and his “team first” approach.
